2. Background and Customer Needs
Bea Sky Apartment is located in a prime location on Chu Van An Boulevard, within the Southwest Kim Giang Urban Area, opposite The Manor Central Park and adjacent to Chu Van An Park (100 hectares). Thanks to its central location and well-developed infrastructure, Bea Sky has attracted a large number of residents living and working in the area.
However, with the rapid economic growth and the increasing number of cars, the traditional parking area at the apartment complex could only accommodate 40 vehicles, which is insufficient to meet the actual demand of 441 apartments.
The investor aimed to find a smart parking solution that could:
- Double the number of parking spaces within the same area;
- Efficiently control and manage vehicle access;
- Ensure maximum safety and security for residents and visitors.
3. ETEK’s Solution – Two-level Puzzle-type Smart Parking System
After conducting an on-site survey, ETEK proposed and implemented a two-level puzzle-type smart parking system for the Bea Sky project.
The solution was optimally designed to double the parking capacity, making the most of the building’s above-ground space while ensuring aesthetic appeal, safety, and stable operation.
Scope of Work:
- Design, supply, and installation of the two-level puzzle-type smart parking system;
- Integration of vehicle access control software and remote monitoring camera system;
- Operation training and system handover to the investor.
