In 2024, Tan Phat ETEK marked an important milestone in its internationalization journey by successfully completing the project of supplying training equipment for electrical and electronic engineering to technical training institutions in Cambodia.

The project is part of the program under the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training of Cambodia (MoLVT), funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), with a total investment of over USD 5 million. This achievement not only affirms Tân Phát ETEK’s implementation capacity in the field of vocational education but also opens a significant starting point for its GO GLOBAL strategy.

Project Scale

Tan Phat ETEK won the bid to implement the project of supplying training equipment for 05 leading technical training institutions in Cambodia:

  1. Regional Polytechnic Institute of Techo Sen Svay Rieng
  2. National Technical Training Institute (NTTI) for TVET
  3. Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC)
  4. Battambang Institute of Technology (BIT)
  5. National Polytechnic Institute of Angkor (NPIA)

Requirements from the Investor

The project was implemented based on strict requirements:

  • Spacious practice rooms ensuring safety.
  • Fully equipped with devices and tools tailored for each specific field of study.
  • Adequate electricity and water supply, with supporting technologies (computers, simulation software, interactive boards).
  • Compliance with safety procedures, along with teaching materials and detailed guidelines.
  • Establishment of maintenance procedures to ensure equipment remains in stable operation.

Project Implementation Process

Identified as a strategic project, Tan Phat ETEK mobilized maximum resources to ensure both progress and quality.

  • Implementation time: only 6 months, from design, evaluation, and approval to installation and handover.
  • Installation completion timeline: 45 days.
  • Logistics: more than 300 containers of goods and 40 transport trucks were coordinated safely and accurately..
